河北华夏幸福客场对阵辽宁的比赛，将由北京裁判组执法。主裁判赵治治，第一助理霍伟明，第二助理刘桂庆，第四官员马力。裁判监督是来自上海的陆建平。
石家庄永昌客场挑战天津泰达的比赛则由北京裁判王哲担任主哨，阿拉木斯第一助理来自广州，吴慧峰第二助理，关星第四官员都是来自北京。裁判监督是上海的陶然成。
