由于是新赛季第一场发布会，因此，亚森首先问候了多日不见的媒体朋友们，亚森说：“在介绍球队备战情况之前，先跟大家问一声好，希望所有到场的记者朋友们，今年一年顺利。”
关于球队的备战情况，亚森介绍到：“关于这场比赛的备战情况一切都比较正常，但是我现在面临一个非常困难的问题，就是把哪些队员排进18人的名单里，这个困难是因为我的队员都非常的努力，他们给我制造了一个选择上的一个很大的麻烦。
我也先感谢我的所有球员的努力，我想对能进名单和不能进名单的所有队员们说，整个赛季是一个非常漫长的过程，不是一次冲刺而是一次马拉松，在这么长的赛季里面，每个人都会帮助到自己的球队，想再次感谢队员。”亚森的暗示了永昌球队所有队员现在的备战氛围和状态都很好。
不过，当有媒体询问亚森是否了解这个冬天人员变动很大的辽宁宏运时，亚森用他自己的风格回答：“可能你不知道这一点，但是我的习惯就是我不会在赛前去评论对手。”
永昌队长李超介绍球员备战情况时表示：“通过今年的冬训，包括回到石家庄训练的这段时间，大家伙训练的状态都不错，无论从身体还是心理，大家都准备好了，迎接第一场比赛。”
